ACTIVE MEMBERS OF ACCP OR GENERAL ASSEMBLY.
16 partners participating in meetings and activities, who have a voice and vote in decisions. Their main functions are:

• Elect the Board of Directors.
• Approve the work plan and account management.
• Ensure that ACCP funds are used to meet the objectives.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
It is composed of 5 members, people from the community who are active partners of ACCP. Its main functions are:

• Represent the Association.
• Oversee the work plan and annual budget.
• Inform the other partners about the operations of the Association.

We also have the participation and support of 4 consulting partners who support us in topics such as Coastal Zone Management, Vegetation, Legal and Fiscal issues, as well as management of protected natural areas.

MEMBERS
It consists of all Friends of Cabo Pulmo who frequently participate in the various activities and are kept informed about progress and news of the Association. They participate in specific or sporadic activities, support the Association and somehow enrich the performance of the social object, having a right to speak but not to vote and cannot play any role in the management of the Association.

OPERATIONAL STAFF
It is the team of people working in the organization who are responsible for the implementation and follow-up of projects.
